how to monitoring remote site bandwidth using PRTG

Hi,

How can i connected prtg software to my idirect hub to monitoring remote site bandwidth link usage.???

You have to run idirect version 7 and up for that case. Prtg should request with unique OID to each remotes.
Just try snmpwalk to nms server to get those OID's.

Can the PRTG do snmp commands? If so how...

You can use SNMP custom string sensor in PRTG Network Monitor..

I'm afraid you can't do it....idirect only open snmp service on NMS Server.
