idirect tx problèm

hello
we have a problem on an installation iderct x3 evolution.
in fact we have a 10 watt BUC, as soon as the branch transmission is down
What type of problem we have

Since you can't power a 10W BUC directly form the X3 modem, where is it getting power from and how?
