Hello,
We live in Portugal and we bought tooway internet access using ka-sat satellite.
We have installed the antenna correctly but we have several problems.
The antenna captures the continuous signal for only 30 seconds. Tooway said that this was ok. That we had to click on the arrow on the modem to lock the signal.
We have done this but the modem doesn’t get the IP address.
We have sent a message to Tooway but they are very slow answering.
The system is not working well.
We have paid for a whole year and the system does not work.
We are very upset because we need the internet to work.
Antónia

There are several suppliers of Tooway VSATs in the UK: Avonline, Bentley Walker and Satellite Solutions Worldwide are ones I know.  Whoever sold you the kit should be helping you to get it working.

What is the phone number of your supplier ?  What is your site ID ?  Where in Portugal are you located ?

Here are the phone numbers of three experienced Tooway service providers who make helpful contributions to this forum:
UK: Bentley Walker +44 (0)239 231 1118
Portugal: Broadband Algarve: +351 918 851 232
Spain: El Molino (Europe-Satellite) +34 972 622 417

We can help you in this forum also, but we need a more full description of your symptoms.  What are the front panel LEDs are showing ?

Best regards, Eric.
