Invacom are my recommended source of LNBs.
Start here: http://www.globalinvacom.com/products/vsatlnbs.php

The local oscillator frequencies you mention are not ones that I recognise as being associated with a "Universal LNB".

What input satellite frequency band were you wanting ?

What output frequency band into the cable were you wanting ?

Read more about LNBs here: https://www.satsig.net/lnb/explanation-description-lnb.htm

Best regards, Eric.
