Internet one way

Hi,I am looking for one way satellite connection Like OpenSky https://www.broadsat.com/opensky/support . I have a dish,DVB card,cable and a local ISP.My location is in Africa,West Sudan(Darfur), Anybody knows satellite internet provider which provides what I want?
Please give me your offers or advice me.

Dear Sir,

Can you try www.sateline.com, www.bizarnet.ro, attrex also gives one way internet on Arabsat.
