Dont know if anyone was had this problem with Tooway2,but does any cable length over 30m affect the way this system performs.I know with the old KA system it did but havent had any problems with the new one until the  install I put in last week.
Also I know its been asked already but does access of a company VPN add to the monthly allowance

We always keep a standard length of 25 meter, but I think you can go safe to 50 meters (see Tooway manual) !

Tooway instruction manual, page 18 click here

Using a VPN protocol does not effect your performance in general as long you stay within your daily/monthly limits, but you have to realise the latency, screen refresh/delay.

I have read some Tooway issues/problems about VPN connections on different bulletin boards but not sure if that's is correct, it gould be also a problem with local settings.

Just try it with your client specific needs before you sell/install the system, better for you and the final user.
