US Regional Sales Manager for SkyVision

Job Description:
The US Regional Sales Manager will assume full responsibility on all SkyVision’s sales efforts in the USA. Managing existing accounts and aggressively expanding sales, it will be the US Sales Manager’s direct responsibility plan and execute activities to achieve the sales objectives assigned to him/her. Located in the USA, this position is intensive and requires full independence, while interacting remotely with SkyVision’s HQ to create compelling business solutions to US-based channels and customers. The Sales Manager must possess a high degree of management skills, creativity, organizational and process development skills and have a proven track record with presenting to Senior Management.

Primary responsibilities include:
•      Meet and exceed regional sales targets and objective
•      Develop and lead SkyVision’s sales process in the US addressable markets
•      Support SkyVision’s sales team in execution of sales strategy, business development and partnerships including soliciting, evaluating and/or responding to offers, proposals, etc.
•      Maintain proactive knowledge of the industry, assessing the competitive landscape, and keeping abreast of potential opportunities and trends, to assure competitive positioning within the industry
•      Implement policies and procedures that support Sales functions
•      Manage existing accounts while prospecting for new ones
•      Serve as main focal point for customers
•      Be involved in exhibitions, road shows, customer seminars and product launches in the US.

•      10+ years of sales & experience
•      Proven track record of growing revenues for an established company
•      Negotiate effectively with customers and partners in line with pricing models and product positioning
•      Manage sales directly into distribution channels creating a “lead by example” sales initiative
•      Develop realistic but aggressive sales plan, objectives and targets
•      Direct, honest communication style, highest level of integrity
•      An "Out of the Box" thinker
•      Exceptional customer facing  including written, verbal and presentation skills
•      Bachelor's degree in related discipline, MBA and advantage

Extensive travel (50% of the time).
Position may be located in any location in the continental USA. Location near major hubs is an advantage
