WAFA offer a range of packages, for small home user up to large business, all using the same Hughes HX equipment.  Each package has its particular upload and download bit rates.

See the details on the WAFA web site:
https://www.wafa.ae/en/vsat/products/hx/packages/default.aspx

They offer Shared,  Unlimited Download and Dedicated Packages.

You can read the same infomation as listed on the Bentley Walker site here:
https://www.bentley-walker.com/services/hx50

Would 2.048 Mbit/s or 4.096 Mbit/s be suitably high download speeds for your application ?

If you need dedicated continuous service, for example for multichannel voice service, then ask.

Best regards, Eric.

There may be a terminology gap here, as one-way service typically refers to receiving via satellite but sending via phone line
