Hi

Is anyone else having problems with Tooway in UK and Sky Anytime + not working? It used to work on my slow ADSL. Now it displays error 96 on Sky when you try to select an anytime + plus program. BBC Iplayer, Youtube Ch4 OD all work fine.

Maybe this only applies to UK broadband connections (cable modem or ADSL). Your Tooway broadband connection may appear to be a service operating out of some other European country (e.g. Italy, Ireland, Spain, Germany). Ask Sky if there any such territorial restrictions.

Maybe Tooway are blocking streaming video type traffic from the Sky source. Ask your tooway reseller.

Best regards, Eric.

Sky are looking into it and think its a Tooway problem.

My Provider is Avonline and they think its a Sky problem.

The IP address are UK as all other things like Iplayer, 4Od work no problem.

You may require a Public IP, i.e. one of the Business Packages.

yes....

i know it easy to blame the other.

I think its Sky and a problem with their software in the sky box and the latency of Tooway.
