Hello,

I have an issue where i opened a new IDU out the box, uploaded the evo_x3_rmt-12.0.0.0.pkg, however did not upload the linux_2.4_bsp-12.0.0.0.pkg.

Afterward the option file was loaded, now the modem boots up, however i cannot log in from iSite 12.0.0.0 since the i can see from the IDU firmware it still at 9.0.0.5.

I tried finding a 9.0.0.5 version but i am unsuccessful. Can anyone offer any suggestion, how i can get access to this IDU, so i can complete the correct upgrade process.
