about  iDirect 3100 (Urgent)

Hello,
Today i moved to use new Satellite Operator, i setup and config all again but when i reload option file the modem  can not join to network.

Status on the modem:
- Rx Led is green
- Tx Led is off
- Net led is solid yellow

i tested Rx and CPI with SAT operator all is pass. But now 55 my remotes is down ( pls help me
