In a few days I'll go to my client to adjust the antenna , maybe this is the problem .
Meanwhile , maybe can get a tip from someone who had the same problem .
Thanks !

Hello my friend...

1.- How did you get this graphics? Do you enter in the modem?

2.- The SNR is not the SIGNAL. SNR is the distance between the signal and the NOISE. Is the separations.....

Sometimes, the noise is closer to the signal, for the weather, and the SNR is not only in your side, some time ago, I had ( and a lot of people ) a signal cutoff, the SNR was close to 1, and the problem were in Turin, Storms.... but in our side, the antennas were ok...

Hello ,

1. About graphics :
I entered the portal page: https://external.skylogicnet.com/oss
You need a username and password

2. The SNR is not the SIGNAL .... ?!!!!?????
I never said this thing !!!!
In my graphic are the downstream and upstream parameters , this parameters you find in OSS Portal .

I think you did not understand my problem .
I have problems with downstream parameter that is too small . I have no problem with SNR . My SNR is ok .

I think the misunderstanding is due to the word 'signal' in the original posting, which should have read 'SNR', so as to correspond with the graphic.

As I see it, there IS a problem with the downstream SNR. It is too low.  The graphic suggests it should be at least 10 dB. ( green dashed line)

Actually, that link does work but you have to be authorised by Skylogic to access the OSS portal ... it's only available to a handful of resellers.
