PLANNED WORKS DESCRIPTION:
Equipment Maintenance on Tooway on KA-SAT service
We would like to inform you that an equipment maintenance activity will be performed on Tooway on KA-SAT network during the above mentioned date and time.
During the activity the online terminals may experience low/degraded performances, moreover this planned activity will also impact the self activation.
We apologise in advance for any disruption.
Furthermore, on that website there is lots of information about other scheduled maintenance periods, for example December 10/11th, December 3rd, November 28th ... and so on ... and so on
See the blog archives at
https://www.ruralbroadband.co.uk/blog/Useful resource. But why is the information only there? As it's a UK provider, they presumably only include maintenance periods which affect the UK. I suggest we could all ask our Tooway service providers to provide this kind of information. With a (moral) prize for anyone who gets their provider to respond.
