Upload download which is which

This doesn't seem to make sense

I thought the 'Rx SNR' on the local ViaSat info page at https://192.168.100.1/?page=modemStatus should be about the same as the 'Download SNR' at the portal info page at https://checkportal.skylogicnet.com/

But in the following graph, the local 'Rx SNR' (red line) tracks the 'Upload SNR' (blue line) and both are significantly less than the 'Download SNR' (yellow line).

Maybe I've got it the wrong way round but I don't think I have.  Could anyone else check please how it is with them?
