Who offers Ku band satellite internet in Thailand ?

Please would any company offering Ku band satellite internet access service in Thailand put their details below or send me eric@satsig.net coverage map, plus details of hub location, modem technology and customer dish size/BUC required.

I have someone what wants such service, who already has a Ku band antenna, LNB and BUC and is able to do self-installation of new modem, alignment etc. Ideal service would have UK IP address or VPN capability.
