TXQueue Saturated! on Remote telnet session

Helloo Everyone,

I have observed a TxQueue Saturated error on Remote while in Telnet session. This remote is also recording high spoof sessions , in fact reaching the max limit set of 2000. The remote's CPU load hits 100% when this happens. The modem is a X5 Evolution.

Anyone with an idea what could be causing this?. There is a Router doing NAT on behalf of the LAN, so modem is not doing DHCP or NAT for the LAN.

My subscription is 1mb/6mb 1:4 contention. I have not been able to hit my 1mb on TX even during off peak hours.
