Remote vsat logging with "Orion/Netperform"

.... Shiron vs X1...

I've used it for several years on several Shirons and really like the many many charts that are availabe.

Otherwise I know very little about the system. My service supplier changed my Shiron for an X1 and claims that all I can get now is a silly latency chart -nothing else! No ebno, no snr, no MBytes transferred, no Tx bps rate...

Is it true that the X1 and the Orion system are not compatible for the most part?

VERY disappointed!
