2001 Exhibition and films in New York: 18 Jan - 19 July 2020

Everyone involved with space will be interested in Stanley Kubrick's film "2001: A Space Odessey".

There is an exhibition, open now, at the Museum of the Moving Image in New York, called "Envisioning 2001: Stanley Kubrick's Space Odyssey".

Together with the exhibition there are screenings of the classic film "2001: A Space Odessey", plus several other related films.

See http://www.movingimage.us/2001tickets/ for more details.

If you are in New York or can get there, or are visiting before 19th July please visit. Admission charges are very reasonable.

One of my relatives, Roy Carnon, 1911 - 2002, was the sketch artist who made the original Space Station sketch which became central to the film itself and also the posters and publicity surrounding the 2001 film.

Best regards, Eric.
