Upgrade to https for www.satsig.net

Several months ago I moved this side to my own server.

Over the past month I have upgraded from http to https.

It has been a long difficult process, but I am learning.

I hope I have just fixed a problem with "Could not open new file on the server" making it not possible to upload an attachment.
