Dear All;

Are you facing one of these problems:

1) Installing and pointing the Antenna.
2) Configuring Linkstar, iDirect, Comtech 570L modems.
3) Troubleshooting existing sites.
4) Problem with Modem Passwords/ and PIN locks.

Thank you for your inquiry but unfortunately we provide support only for Linkstar, iDirect and Comtech 570L modems.

Please never hesitate to ask us if you get any issues with those modems.
