iDirect 3000 Question?

I wanted to find out who would the owner of iDirect 3000. I'm working with a Army unit and they have a system left over from other unit.

They have no idea who had or who the service provider was.

I'm able to view the modems ip address and it starts with 86.62.XX.XX

Can someone point to whom will support this system?
