Well i want to know about low bit rate carriers over satellite links. Specifically if some one can guide me that systems operating at 256kbit/s and their standards i.e. VSAT, or any other telecommunication system???

Get one or other, or both, of the two books featured on top right of this page: https://www.satsig.net/vsat_top.htm

Read here for introduction to TCP:

Whatever framing structure you use hasn't really got anything to do with the bit rate.

Read here about TDMA for satellite internet return links:
https://www.satsig.net/vsat-equipment/tdma-explanation.htm

If you want to learn about some specific framing structure, ask the manufacturer of that equipment.

For the structure of an outlink carrier, search for information about DVB-S and DVB-S2 with RCS return channel.
