See the coverage maps above and with each are links to the contact details of AsiaSat and NewSkies (SES). If you contact them they can help with the leasing of transponder bandwidth in each direction, assuming spare capacity is available. What bit rates do you require in each direction ? You need to design the system yourself and provide and install earth stations with modems at each end. For example, you may need dish sizes 1.8m - 2.4m, Comtech CDM570 or iDirect 5350 SCPC modems plus LNBs and 5 watt BUCs.
If you want some satellite communications service company to do it all for you, then see page https://www.satsig.net/ivsat-asia.htm for some ideas. I've put email addresses for all the companies.
You ask for SCPC service. SCPC is suitable for long term continuous, non-interrupted, transmission requirements, such as music, video and speech. Because it uses the satellite transponder banedwidth all of the time and thus provides a dedicated 24/7 service it is expensive. (approx $2500 - $7000 per MHz per month)
The alternative is a shared VSAT network design which allows many, ten to thousands of customers to share the same satellite transponder capacity, but each customer must accept that they can only transmit or receive for a small proportion of the total time. Congestion, interruptions and delayed packets may occur. Prices seem very much lower (e.g. $40 per month for 15 kbit/s average), but if you add all the payments from the all the customers together the total price is the same as dedicated SCPC.
Best regards, Eric.
