Go to Satellite Internet in Africa and email all the suppliers explaining what you want to do. Say how any PCs you want to connect and if you want to do Skype, video etc.

Satellite transponder capacity is expensive and services can only be made 'cheap' if many people share the same capacity. When sharing is implemented, it is normal to limit the amount of Mbytes downloaded per user during the day time. No 'cap' may apply at night, when the downloading of big software updates is appropriate and time delays due to congestion acceptable.
