PAS1R Frequency

Am trying to lock a dish to PAS1R using a SATLOOK Spectrum analyser, I need the frequency to set to and the symbol rate.

Otherwise pick a permanent carrier from the listings at

The PAS 1R frequency spectrum, when I last recorded it in Europe, is shown on page
