I need help unlocking my Linkstar RCST

The problem is that I have Linkstar modem and I want to change my satellite ISP to another one. They give me the password to the Linkstar and I can access by telnet to the modem but I found that they lock the RCST so no one can give me service on my Linkstar when I ask him. He said that the main hub is lock RCST on my modem because its �most work for one year with them �the service was in csat2 .
Is there any way to unlock RCST so I can have service again?.

your master is here so just give way. your info is from me you know that. so send all that have very big problems on the rcst to me and do the little once i have told you. i hope when you see my number and you will no me more. but let me another number that you will remember. 08248---- let me not finished it. just check the one you know and you will remember me.

elsuhd Member ★★ Offline Posts: 12	Reply #9 - Jan 4^th, 2008 at 7:04pm if it is locked by pin code only then it simple to unlock the modem by trial and error. use an excel file to generate the command: unlockrcst -kr 0000 to unlockrcst -kr 9999 then copy each 100 cell from excel file to hyperterminal window (after loggin to terminal as root) until your modem unlocked. elsuhd@gmail.com

Only if your modems are lock by your isp or hub. (2) if all the lights are stay. (3) If your modem have lock and can not brows. Please email now and get it sloved.
