I have a 1.2 meter dish leftover from a previous room mate, a new 1 watt LNB (NJR2784H), and a lightly used DW7000. I found this BUC assembly on eBay.

Would I be able to piece it all together and have a working system that I could potentially use with BW or would I have a unique system that holds down the tarp on my roof?

You've got your terminology all jumbled up. The device on eBay is a TRIA; Transmit-Receive Integrated Assembly. Technically, it's everything you need to park out on the end of a feedarm; BUC/LNB/waveguide/OMT/etc. But - every TRIA needs to be mated to any given dish with a specific feedarm/strut set. It has to do with focal length and take-off angle. Plus, I think you need 2w where you're at.

I'd leave that one set on eBay if I were you
