A CNO is a software license you have to buy and install on your NMS. If you give the customer iMonitor only they will still have access to the Probe tab in iMonitor and if they have a copy of iBuilder will still be able to use it. Third and most important, they will be able to see the remotes and network components. The CNO license allows you to restrict what they have access to see.

we have the license CNO, and the CNO is activated, but I need to install software iMonitor only to the customer.
Are there iMonitor v 7.0.5 software separately.

As I far as I know, you can install the full NMS_Client and then remove the iBuilder.exe and iSite.exe as well and then compress the folder in a zipped file then pass it to your CNO and it should work.

I am saying this because I tried to use All of iDS components (iBuilder,iSite, iMonitor) under Linux using Wine and it works flawlessly with Fedora and Ubuntu.
