How I can lock my remote

Dear all,

i want to lock all my remotes t o my iDirect HUB, how i can do that ?

If you have access to the iDirect TAC support site you can download any of the version 8 or 7 iBuilder user guides, they will show you how to use RLOCK, if you are using an earlier version you will need to upgrade, the process is not difficult, but please read the instructions and follow closely the section on keeping the serial number and password information in a safe location.
If you don't want to look through, send a mail to TAC asking them for RLOCK instructions.

Hi,

How to identify iDirect 3100 modem has locked to particular network.

Can it identify using config file. (opt file)

access the remote using telnet and simply type the command
>rlock
Type this with no arguments and it will show you the current status - locked or not.
