I require for information on operators VSAT in Morocco and their capacity on the market, thus technology to use, if it is possible their Web site and the contact

but since Morocco is so far north, there's service from a number of European providers as well: https://www.satsig.net/ivsat-europe.htm

You can try checking www.future-b.eu, they have coverage using PAS1R which covers Morocco very well.
