Potomac, MD-February 25, 2005--The editors of Access Intelligence's Via Satellite magazine selected John Kealey, President and CEO, iDirect Technologies, as its Satellite Executive of the Year 2004. In its 17th year, the award honours the satellite executive who made a lasting business impact on the global satellite industry during the previous calendar year.

As its top satellite executive for 2004, Via Satellite magazine will showcase Kealey and his business accomplishments in its "Executive of the Year" cover feature in the March 2005 issue. Likewise, Kealey will present the Satellite Executive of the Year 2004 award luncheon address at this year's SATELLITE 2005 conference and exhibition on Thursday, March 24, 2005. Presented by Access Intelligence and Via Satellite magazine, the SATELLITE 2005 conference and exhibition runs March 22-25 at the Washington, D.C., Convention Centre.
